The hotel is centrally located, only 300 metres from the main railway station and just across the road from the Palace of Culture. The main shopping and business districts are within easy walking distance.

The building is a modern structure, constructed from white concrete, glass and steel overlooking one of Warsaw main squares. On one side is a main road and the other is the entrance to the Warszawa Centralna railway terminal.
The lobby is large and bright with huge floor-to-ceiling windows. There are a number of comfortable leather sofas and large plants scattered about the lobby and reception area. The layout is open plan and therefore very spacious. There is also a small shop, a bar, and a Viennese coffee shop.
The rooms are medium sized and in good condition with two queen size double beds. They are comfortable and well appointed with teak furniture and pale upholstery. Bathrooms are modern and of a good size.
There are 2 restaurants, both of them located on the first floor. All are modern and functional. There is the elegant Symfonia offering a fine dining experience, the more informal Brasserie offering all day dining buffet style.
