Thanks to the central position, the Residenza Cannerigio is easy to reach by public boats and is provided with a private access to the gondolas and water taxi on St. Alvise Canal. To supply to the guests a pleasant stay, the large bedrooms are enriched with mezzanine floors and are equipped with all the modern comforts: air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, pay TH, internet point, radio and a safe box To enjoy your stay and attentive staff is ready too satisfy the guest tin the bar “AL Grappolo” where you can taste fine wine and eat at the “Al Piron” restaurant that offers you an a la carte menu with typical and international courses severed on the terrace in the romantic Venetian atmosphere of the inside garden. We await your arrival at the Residenza Cannaregio. *Please be advised due to a change in management the restaurant is closed until further notice. * Policies As of august 24 2011, City of Venice will implement a new accommodation tax that needs to be paid by the guest locally. Every guest staying inside Venice’s boundaries will be required to pay this fee at the end of each stay directly at hotel. The fee is per night of stay for a max of 5 consecutive nights, children under 10 will be exempt from the tax. The fee is from 1 euro to max 5 euro per person per night depending on hotel location, hotel category, and seasonality.
