Very old tudor period building with an attractive gabled facade.
Flag stones on the floor and beamed ceilings. Adjacent to this is a large lounge with vast fireplaces dating from the 17th century. Medium in size.
Some rooms are very traditional and some have four poster beds. They have log fires with low beamed ceilings and creaky floor boards. The other rooms are housed in a more modern block. All the rooms are medium in size and are of a good decor.
This is a beautiful restaurant with excellent reputation. The style is very traditional and in keeping with the rest of the hotel.
