Originally built around 1882 The Caledonian Hotel is situated in the centre of Oban, amid spectacular Scottish surroundings. This Oban hotel is an ideal base for exploring the Highlands of Scotland, with the isles and islands of West Scotland within a short ferry ride.

Each of the Caledonian's 59 well appointed en-suite bedrooms has a nautical theme, with most providing stunning views overlooking Oban Bay to the mountains of Mull and Ardgour.

Dining is available in the Top Deck restaurant, which provides an intimate candlelit dining experience serving fantastic freshly prepared, locally sourced food. For a more relaxed setting the hotel's bar serves a great selection of light snacks and meals throughout the day.

The Caledonian also has excellent facilities for all your conference and wedding requirements, with function suites catering from small intimate meetings to larger banquets of up to 130 people.
