The Suecia is a good quality four star hotel which is ideally located in central Madrid. The property is set back from the main Gran Via which means it’s both central and yet a quiet place in which to relax in after a long day. The hotel has important historical importance and is close to Cibeles Square.

The entire hotel was renovated in 2001 and guests enjoy a warm avant-garde atmosphere which gives a unique homely feel in the middle of this bustling metropolitan city. Each floor has been decorated in a different colours and each of the bedrooms offer individual qualities and features including both traditional and modern items of furniture. The recent introduction of specially designed fabrics relating to art of Feng Shui also adds a nice touch.

The main restaurant can be found on the ground floor and offers a wide variety of dishes which cater for all tastes throughout the day. The ground floor bar has a modern yet friendly feel with varied types of seating and tables with some even housing small fish tanks!

The hotel Suecia is certainly a good choice of hotel with its superb location, friendly feel and individual features: a nice alternative to the bland accommodations offered by some of the larger hotels in Madrid.
