Located on a leafy square just north of Hyde Park, this popular Victorian hotel offers guests easy access to Paddington Station and Kensington by foot and all parts of London via the nearby public transport.
In 2004 the Kensington Gardens hotel has had a face-lift including fresh carpets and bathrooms. Rooms vary in size as with all traditional London hotels and some contain charming extras such as ornate fireplaces.
Although officially a two-star property the hotel offers a lot of facilities only usually available in three and four-star hotels such as tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and minibar. Even room service is available.
Continental Breakfast, served at the sister hotel next door, includes freshly squeezed fruit juices, an assortment of cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, British cheese, freshly sliced fruit, croissants, Danish pastries, rolls and Freshly brewed coffee or tea. English breakfast is also available on request.
