The Amethyst Lodge is located close to the downtown centre of Jasper, just a short walk from the rail and bus terminals, shopping and the museum. The Amethyst Lodge has 97 rooms on three floors with an inside corridor to all rooms, many with balconies or patios. Standard rooms have two double beds that can accommodate up to quad occupancy based on sharing existing beds and feature air conditioning, hairdryer, modem connection, radio, TV and tea/coffeemaker with complimentary coffee. Hotel facilities include two outdoor hot tubs, meeting and conference rooms with full banquet facilities and valet and laundry service. Anthony's Restaurant provides good food while the Mountain View Lounge is a nice place to have a drink by the stone fireplace or to have a light snacks or dinner.
