The Restaurant at Muckrach serves beautiful dishes made from the best quality local ingredients by their multi-award winning chef. Most of their meat and poultry comes from within thirty miles of the hotel, and their fish and seafood from Scottish boats working out of Moray and West coast harbours. The hotel offers relaxed, informal dining in the newly refurbished conservatory, cocktails in the piano lounge and a choice of seventy whiskies in the bar.

This part of Scotland is one of the largest and most varied tourist, sports and activities centres in the whole of the UK, and everything is available just a short distance from the hotel. The picturesque, ancient Scottish castles of Cawdor and Ballindalloch are a brief drive away, whilst Muckrach Castle stands right next door.

Muckrach Lodge has two Championship golf courses with a few miles. Boat of Garten Golf Club is rated one of the top 100 golf courses in the world. The Spey Valley course at Aviemore is the latest 72 par course in the area and is lavishly designed. Hunting, shooting, fishing are all available in a format to suit all levels of experience and budget.
