Built in the nineties, the hotel was accomplished by transforming an XVIIIth century Palace right at the edge of the Huecar Canon enjoying that marvelous view admired by every visitor to Cuenca. The Leonor de Aquitania is completely new as far as the construction goes, but the good taste and savoir is present everywhere, from the entrance to the cave restaurant downstairs and naturally in every bedroom.
