The fully air-conditioned hotel offers access to various facilities including a foyer with a 24-hthe reception desk, a lounge area, antique and traditional artefacts as well as a safe. The hotel also has its own café, a small supermarket (which sells, among other things, Cretan wine, ouzo, honey and olive oil), various shops, which offer hand-made Cretan souvenirs and jewellers, a bar, a museum and two originally equipped Cretan houses, a TV room and a restaurant with a breakfast room as well as a tavern (where guests will find regular Cretan evenings, christenings and weddings).
