The Roundhouse is a short walk from East Cliff beach, the circular shaped hotel is easily accessible by road and less than 1 km from the central rail and bus stations. The hotel has a cafe/bar and terrace which offers informal dining. Other dfacilities include 24 hour room service, Elevators, Laundry Service, Parking, RV or Truck Parking.

Guest rooms are medium sized and with full facilities, all rooms are equipped with colour televisions with some satellite channels, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and trouser-press. (Rooms with wider doorways are available for disabled use, but the bathrooms have not been adapted with walk-in baths or showers).

Wireless internet access is available in the Bar along with TV including some sky channels.
