The Leverdale Hotel overlooks lovely cliff walks and miles of glorious sands with views to the Lake District and North Wales. The regular tram service is just across the road and runs the length of the coast from the Pleasure Beach in the South to Fleetwood in the North, with stops at all the major attractions in between. There is also a small arcade and of course miles of golden sands just across the road. Blackpool town centre is just a short tram or bus ride away where the 518-foot Blackpool Tower offers an undercover day out including the award winning Tower Circus. The promenade is also home to the Sea Life Centre, Louis Tussaud's Waxworks, the Sandcastle and the world famous pleasure beach, to name but a few of the attractions available. When the sun goes down there is still plenty to do in Blackpool, choose from some of the UK's top night clubs or take in a show at the Grand Theatre, the Winter Gardens Pavilion Theatre, the Opera House, Pier-end productions or Funny Girls and from September- November you can take in the glittering Blackpool Illuminations.
