Guests can easily walk or bus to the quaint old town centre with its whitewashed houses and narrow streets surrounded by the modern avenues full of fun bars, cafes and night clubs and entertainment that modern Benidorm provides. All of the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge for extra accommodation. Every apartment has a full bathroom, kitchenette with oven and two ring cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster and a large balcony with views of the magnificent Benidorm skyline. Safety deposit boxes and TV are payable locally if required. No animals are allowed.

Laundry facilities are available within the building. Clients arriving in Benidorm will collect apt keys from the office of Fincas arenas, situated in the San Francisco Apartments building (located in Av. Europa 23) . In case the office is closed guests will find an indication where to pick up the keys. Clients also must pay at reception on arrival a key deposit of 60 € per unit per stay (in winter season) and 150€ per unit per stay (in summer season). Clients please note check in is available from 17.00 everyday (If apartment is ready before then clients can enter) and check out is from 10.00. If clients require late check out please ask at Fincas Arena 24 hours before departure. The hotel is located 60 km from Alicante airport, 143 km from Murcia airport and 152 km from Valencia airport
