This complex was opened in 2001 and renovated in 2004. Consisting of a main building and several smaller buildings, the complex is spread over grounds spanning 60, 000 m². There is a total of 275 rooms of which 36 are apartments and 2 are suites. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a games room, as well as a TV and lounge room.
