This is one of the most prestigious hotels and it is located next to the Rambles and Plaça Catalunya. It is also close to the new cultural zone and university which includes the MACBA and Casa de Cultura. 2 kms from Hospital del Mar. All 233 rooms have been completely refurbished offering television, phone, mini-bar, hair-dryer, safe-deposit box, air-conditioning and bathroom. New Restaurant- Bar Cent Onze with magnificent views over Las Ramblas is in operation. The Reception area is currently being remodeled. Very soon the transformation of the new lobby will come to symbolize the new image of the hotel. In order to minimize any inconvenience, it is anticipated working hours remain limited to Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Hotel parking will remain closed until the refurbishments have been completed. There are several public parking sites within walking distance of the hotel. We are pleased to offer the hotel guest complimentary access to the nearby Holmes Place , while the new Fitness room opens.
