The Brasserie has a more relaxed ambience and an informal carvery, while the restaurant serves haute cuisine which combines traditional French dishes and modern British cuisine with an influence of oriental spices and sauces. However, both restaurants provide the excellent standard of service that you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
