Only a few kilometres from Cala´n Porter, you can visit the archaeological remains left by the ancient population of Torralba d´en Salort. Here you will find the "Taula" -enormous stones engraved by the island´ first inhabitants-, and a huge "Talaiot", representing one of the prehistoric tribes, and among the most well conserved on Minorca. Close to Hotel Sa Barrera, there are many places of historical interest, especially "Torre d´en Galmes" .
